Stephanie Kelcey, PFP, CPB
Stephanie is the founder of Capture Bookkeeping Inc. After managing a successful photography and film production studio for 5 years, she began her own bookkeeping firm in 2011. After 7 years, she decided to grow and expand given the evolution of the industry and converted her business to a systematized, cloud-based service.
She sees the role of Capture Bookkeeping as being of service to relieve the stress, burden, and confusion bookkeeping often creates in business owners, while providing the strategies and cash-flow management of Profit First. Working with cloud-based software such as XERO, QuickBooks Online (QBO), Hubdoc, etc. gives her and her team the opportunity to stay on top of their clients’ books, while providing them with the most up to date financial information.
Stephanie has been bookkeeping for photographers, directors, and creative types since 2007. Her love of the industry has drawn her to this community of professionals and she understands the way artists think and work.
